just partaken of a can of sainsbury belgian "super strenght " lager ,its very nice (especially at 50p for a can) dark and tasty although if it gets popular will be just tasteless water if its brewed in the uk will have to keep my eye on the reduced shelf for more

Oh dear i ended up well peed on tue night.

4 cans of bitter, 1 bottle of real ale, 1 glass of port,1 glass of quantro and 2 glasses of southern comfort.

Had a real bad head this morning and im not touching a drop for a few days now.

I take milk thistle capsules to help the old liver if ever ive had a few too many.
