That is a cracking roach chavender, I was stood behind Fordy when he took that picture, the fish was massive. B)

Hathers also had others, the previous cast he had a 4 pound chub, the conditions were ideal for the roach.

Soon sfter the photo, we had a barn owl flying around the field, great sight.

 

Never fished the Itchen Seph, it does have an awesome reputation

What is good weather?

If it is dreary or rainy the roach should show

If it is frosty and sunny we should see a few grayling and some of them pesky trout :rolleyes:

You might want to pack a waterproof bandana if previous years are anything to go by!

And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music
