Rain now stopped (thurs lunchtime), Due to stay fine till Sunday, 12°C Max on Saturday.

River should be clearing down nicely from the rain over the last few days.

 

How many of you have checked your kit 20 times already? or how many will (like me!) chuck it all in at the last min & zoom off without a net & leaving your maggots in the fridge!

I'll be checking and cleaning my kit this evening once the kids are in bed.

 

I stripped down a 'pin for cleaning once while they were still up, and the obvious happened.

I've still not found all the parts of my poor old leeds reel, which is now sitting in my study waiting for me to order the spare parts for it
