If your implying that Human Rights legislation is a product of an EU directive thern you are wrong. UCHR is NOT an EU body, it has NOTHING to do with the EU.

It still doesn't really read like a question but mebbe that's just me. I'll ask you this question if I may. I always ask this of those who have a problem with the European Declaration on Human Rights, It's a two part question. Do you know what your rights are under the European Declaration of Human Rights? I the answer to that is "Yes" then which of those rights would you volunteer away? Edited by corydoras

I have no idea whatsoever what my human rights are. I dont particularly care.

It just gets my goat when the human rights card is played. Like the mass rapist who claims his basic rights are broken because he cannot read porn in jail ? or the mass murder who cannot be extradited to his own country because he fears he may be tortured and killed, he/she lost those rights when he murdered someone, and there has been a few foreign national who come under that banner. :angry: I would ship them back simple as that. If that offends anyone then so be it.

Freedom of SPEECH, hence my somethimes sill outbursts. Half the time i just let rip for a reaction, sorry about that

Basic medical care

It's the interpretaion of the act thats the problem, here we have May attempting to do something about it, however if she closes this door to the scrouts, their lawyers will find another reason to keep the bast@rds here. It gets my goat as well, at present the euro idic is hanging on by a thread, just needs a final push and it will imploade i recon. Today they are delaying the greece bailout, and offering sweeties to the decenters by moving the goalposts, i also note finland has just received a sweetner to keep them on course for propping up the dead horse. Just like they did to the Irish no,yes vote.
