Shilpa Shetty should not have taken it so seriously. Well thats what the judge told one of our surgeons when he was racially abused. I fully agree with the good Doctors statement "There is supposed to be zero tolerance of racial abuse and remarks like that leave it open for people to start making such abuse.

 

I think Shilpa Shetty is gorgeous

I have to agree 100% no one should take Big Brother seriously or any other way Anyone who enters into that pile of rubbish deserves everything that comes their way.

HI LT, Totally agree with you, shes the best looking person in that house of horrors... ..someone said it was becoming like the Lord Of the Flies, think they were correct....and someone also said on the radio today, that Jade Goodys "carreer" was now over !!!!...Hope to God it is too !!!!!

That's always puzzled me,Dave.

 

Jerry, Aussie, Russki, Argie, Itai(sp?), Yank, Jap, are all words I've seen used in the media, without any complaint. Smacks of hypocrisy, methinks.

 

From the little bit of BB I've seen, it's just bullying, caused by ignorance of a different culture, and stupidity. Certainly not bad enough for politicians to get involved. (unless it's to take the attention off other things, but surely not )

Of course it is racist Bullying . Really its not rocket science . The reason that the three girls are picking on her is that she is different to them. They mimic her accent and have said things like “I wish she would f off home” Unfortunately this is something that I have believed for a long time and that despite all the advances we think we have made in this country there is still a nasty undercurrent of institutional racism that is alive and well in our society.

Yes it is racist so there has been one comment from jermaine yet a sustained racist torrent from Jo, Danielle and Jade where they have attacked every aspect of her culture, accused her of wanting to be white, made sweeping assumptions about people from India,. If the three girls had only made one comment then there would not be a problem but it’s all the time.
