yes, as I have said before - FIVE BILLION POUNDS PER YEAR - or in figures £5,000,000,000 each year - thieved from pension funds.

 

I'm already drawing a decent pension, but millions of folk now below pensionable age will not be able to.

 

...and this same "prudent" financial wizard sold ALL our gold reserves when the price of gold was at rock bottom. How the Gnomes of Zurich must have rubbed their hands with glee.

 

...as for Mr Blah himself, the ten years falls neatly into three phases:-

there is a lot of clever stuff behind the scenes though to keep the labour politico's in power .

in the south the government steal a large lump of the council tax and "give" it to "poorer" northern councils.

it would be a revelation to see just who gets money subtracted and who the monies given tp.

i bet its non labour councils that have money stolen and labour run ones that get it.

the thinking behind it is :

now the cash strapped non labour councils cut backand are forced to raise council tax above inflation and the labour ones splash it about keeping theirs below inflation,those non labour council areas see labour run councils with clean streets etc and want labour in to run theirs not realising its their money being splashed out in the first place

ofcourse its not just labour the lib dems in one place closed a watertight deal with a building? company on the very night of the elections without the full council being in the know ,i wonder what "incentive" was behind that then

I just can't understand how any sane, logigical, person with two brain cells can possibly see that it is right that John Prescott can possibly be second in charge of this country. That fat, northern, left wing, shagging, five house owning, two jags, arrogant, pugnacious, disagreeable, has worse English than a Pole fresh off the boat, immigrant loving champagne socialist. Don't get me started on Cherie and Blunket. No wonder the jocks are baleing out, who can blame them?

NHS...superbug breeding ground..hospitals running at a loss...hidebound by targets...long waiting lists (practical experience, you didn't really believe the spin did you...oh dear you did)

 

Justice system...unfit for purpose..I'm sure someone else said that!

 

Education......dumbed down....downgraded qualifications..teachers under pressure like never before...ill discipline...

 

Pensions....£5billion stolen out the pot yearly since 1997.....private sector final salary schemes collapsing round peoples ears....new government pension schemes laughable....government promises broken & pensioners left with a pittance of a pension.....M.P. pensions gilt edged, index linked & replete with taxpayers money.

 

Foreign policy...disastrous...no other word.

 

Immigration policy....ham fisted....arrogant...bumbling from one disaster to another

 

Devolution...worked a treat Tone, well & truly buried that Scottish independence problem!

 

Spin...they have turned the dark art of spin into a major success story, it's now apparent the tories with their sleaze were just beginners.

 

10 years in power....they've got weak-kneed opposition parties to thank for that.
