Walk away with a no deal it will never happen thats the anarchist side of brexit by anarchists brexiteers.

From the link above:

Only "half of the general population (50%) see leaving the EU without a deal as a bad thing"

And "while only 25% see it as a good thing" (there were presumably a lot of 'don't knows'), "Half (50%) of Leave voters think that a no-deal Brexit would be a good thing".

May is a latter day Neville Chamberlain. She's gone to the German dominated continent and come back with a piece of paper.

As I recall, Chamberlain the appeaser was quickly replaced and this country went to war.

I just sold a car to Theresa May. I had it priced at £10k but she said the deal wasn't quite right. After some tough negotiations I had to accept £17k, and retained ownership of the car. She also agreed she wouldn't be able to drive the car without my premission, and it was only a few months ago she said she'd rather walk than buy a car from me.

Why? It's just a page of waffle. Even if Article 50 gets bogged down, all we need do is repeal of the European Communities Act 1972 and walk away with no deal.

Because it once again indicates how corrupt the system is, now apparently the Country has to go to the European Court to get a ruling on us leaving, amongst other things, the European Court! What is The favoured phrase, “You couldn’t make it up!”

Been rumoured for some time in those circles and this is just the start of that particular route to overturn the referendum result, lawyers have been grabbing the info and rubbing their hands together at the thought of the millions that are going to be spent on technicalities, and who are going to instruct them? Why of course the Politicians in the House who are of course, if not a majority then certainly a sizeable proportion ex, failed, qualified but never practiced, qualified but never any good at it lawyers.

A while ago when I saw it heading in that direction and in order to satisfy my own mind I decided to download and read Article 50 as it is incorporated into the Lisbon Treaty but only a summary is available, which is very odd.

So I decided to download the whole treaty, nope, it’s not available that in itself is strange because every other document IS available, just the same as I can go to the House of Commons Library and read legislation.

So I send an email in asking for a copy of the Lisbon Treaty, the reply, no I can’t have it, I can only have a summary which is available to download.

So I request a copy just containing article 50, no, I cannot have it, only a summary.

A request for the reason why this treaty and indeed article is the only one not available even in another language, apparently, I am informed, the treaty is so complex that it can only be read and fully understood by a specialist Lawyer employed by the EU!

Makes me wonder how Teflon Tony understood it enough to sign it on our behalf, I know he studied law but I didn’t realise he was employed by the EU, oh hang on, it’s starting to make sense.

Anyway, I won’t copy the article summary here because, well it’s like three paragraphs long!

I will just list the paragraphs that contain the information on how and in what circumstances an article 50 notice can be withdrawn.

So there you have it, the full facts that the mass of Lawyers will now argue out at about £250 an hour each. I hope the people who gleefully read those headlines are happy and will stop complaining about austerity, cuts and the increase in money desperately needed for education and health and social care.

Interesting.

On another tack, it looks as if Germany and possibly the whole EU is about to go into meltdown- first financially and then really kicking off on the first of December.

Back to the original question, "Shall we stay or leave?"

The answer according to May seems to be that we do neither, So every Leaver and every Remainer is going to be thoroughly hissed.

No wonder it is suggested we make the hedgehog our national emblem.

They only have the same summary of the Treaty as I do, it is the parts that are omitted that are probably being written at the moment.

Lord Cockbrain of shitehouse claims he wrote it, but he is not the first, nor probably the last to claim that. Those who have made the claim are diplomats not Lawyers, diplomats do not draft legal documents lawyers do.
