Many thanks for the good wishes. We are here and in. I am now surrounded by dozens of cardboard boxes but the essentials are working.The province of Almeria is effectively and literally a desert, not much water about at all so fishing will be limited. There are some big reservoirs up in the mountains inland, the nearest is 1.5 hrs drive. Big carp, barbel and black bass. We are only 10 mins from the beach so might have a play at shore fishing. I knew those carp rods and big pit reels would come in handy eventually.
