How do you know you can't get staff? Are you recruiting? If you are recruiting and can't get staff, why do you think that is? What possible solutions might there be to lure people to your business, rather than someone elses?

Ken I really really worry about you seriously so let’s get this right this forum is a laugh nothing more . What so funny is people when they are presented with the facts and are wrong they cannot except the facts .A survey done said 87% of employers in the north were looking for staff we are one of them .You want good staff not lazy barsewards . Now as we have lost Eu workers which most  are grafters many industries are have massive staffing problems now you can’t paint  as much as you like it’s a major hookup .You have absolutely no idea about this problem .

Now as for videos who cares if you don’t watch them all 4 of you do I watch yours no is the answer .

If "87% of employers in the north were looking for staff" the economy is not on the rocks and the businesses have plenty of orders.

The recruitment solution that you refuse to acknowledge is to offer better pay and conditions, in order to recruit "good staff [who are] not lazy barsewards".

Higher employment levels, people prepared to work harder because they are able to earn more than minimum wage and local jobs for local people is how thriving communities are built.

Flooding towns with cheap imported labour, driving down salaries, driving up demand for (and therefore the cost of) housing, and having people who neither know nor understand their neighbours is how disrupted communities and high crime rates are made.

What you and your socialist/globalist/remainer compatriots want, creates nothing but misery.

Then again, economics was never your strong suit, was it?

Your wasting your time all the time clod thinks opinion is fact and facts you present are wrong ,send him to coventry and be amused with him posting his crap to himself.Hes been doing the same thing for 6 years on 3 + threads and still hasnt learnt opinion isnt fact but still uses it instead of looking further than the sunday sport ,national inquirer and facebook headlines ,the guys mentally let him believe his voices alone

The blokes now implying local elections mean something ,the votes are for who decides dustbin day not how the country is run and if hes chuckling at labour grabbing a few seats hes missing the fact the liberals have done twice as well but the conservatives still run the country and brexit is reality

I note he didnt mention Hull or the conservative councils who made gains ,all its done is remind the tories to line their pockets quicker before the next election.

I wanted to see Boris and his party get a proper drubbing from the electorate.

It didn't happen.

Labour though did terribly.

Outside of London, Labour actually managed to end the election with less council seats than they started with, despite the dodgy shenanigans that saw the police not announce their investigation into Starmer's party until after the votes were cast...
