All,

Let me get this straight in my pea brain. Brits in England are "complaining" of the excessive heat when April temperatures are 75 - 80 degrees F?

What is the "perfect" day like in England?

The perfect day is 21c light breeze and sunny ,the perfect night 3c not so much sun though

We the brits and anyone else can complain about anything they damn well please including posts already covered by other offshore residents taking the mick,do we complain when you get twisters? Do we complain when OZ burns

The media makes money out of stories probably someone said in passing "i dont like it this warm" whilst reporting a lost cat and it was twisted.

Believe nothing you read and only a couple of % of what you see on tv

As for wasting police time at the present state of them there will be bigger fines reporting a crime than the fine for the crim getting caught doing it ,police have better things to do than solving crimes ya know

I've got a feeling that the person wasting police time talking about the weather being too hot was complaining about the weather where he'd been on holiday and thinking he could report the travel agent to the police. Yes, we have those people over here too.

I deduce this from the following;

The police said; "We had a male attend Oldham Police Station yesterday wanting to report that whilst on holiday it was too hot for him."

1. Nobody goes on holiday to Oldham, it's an armpit. Or, at least, nobody goes on holiday to Oldham who doesn't live somewhere a lot warmer.

2. On the other hand, going into a police station to complain about your travel agent because your overseas holiday was too hot would be really dumb. Again, this was Oldham. This scenario seems perfectly plausible.

Perfect day for me is no wind, don't care about warm, hot or cold nor if it's raining or not.

Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

I spent nine years in the Merchant Marine Phone so I like it nice and warm.

Réunion, that little spot of the Eurozone in the middle of the Indian Ocean would suit me just fine. I keep telling my daughter she needs to ask for a teaching job in La Réunion so that her daddy can retire to paradise.

The weather there would be bliss to me, and the fishing is not too bad either.

The problem isn't what people don't know, it's what they know that just ain't so.

Cory - I would strongly suggest you try living there for a couple of years before deciding to make it permanent. A small island with a mild climate can seem like paradise at first but may become screamingly boring after several years.

I've been there and done that - Puerto Rico for 4 years - and into year 3 was longing for a bit of bad weather and a larger rock to live on. Your reaction may be totally different but you really need to find out.

I take it you like it wet as well, la Reunion also holds the world records for the most rain in 24 hours (72 inches), the most rain in 72 hours and the most in 96 hours
