Sportsman and KenL, you both have my sympathy. A cousin and my best man were both laid low with Meniere's Disease a few years back. My best man was a teacher and the sound of chalk on a blackboard would make him vomit spontaneously. He was unable to teach for 3 years, but fortunately has since been able to reutr.... just in time to retire! My cousin was a bank manager and wasn't so lucky (I did joke about divine retribution on behalf of his clients!) and he had to retire early. He's better than before, but unable to work... which is a struggle - he simply isn't mobile enough yet. No doubt there are hard times agead Spotrsman, but be reassured that you can get relief from it in time.

I never did have much joy with Korum or its sister company Preston Innovations in terms of quality or aftersales service, to the point where it joined Nash on the 'tackle companies I don't use' list. I don't trust Sonubaits, from the same stable. Korum - a ratchet wheel on a reclining chair sheered first time out - 6 weeks to get them to replace it - and that broke too, within 2 weeks. PI - A Carbonactive rod - A display model at an exhibition had a crack in the blank by the butt. Reasons to avoid? Sonubaits ... a triumph of marketing over content? A delivery never dod materialise and the courier didn't 'card' the house in spite of what Sonubats reckon.
