I've managed to attract a pair of breeding orioles to my yard with some oranges and grape jelly. My daughter Erika took this snapshot of these skittish birds yesterday. The male is at left.

I shot this beast today at the annual Convoy for Kids. Its an event where truckies raise money for kids with physical disabilities.

I see thereare still some great shots coming in Have limited internet access at the mo over here(Drummore,Mull of Galolway) during my retirement and have no facilities for downloading photos onto the internet. Over back home on Friday for a week though and hope to find the time to add a few for this months comp.
