Sorry if I'm boring you but I have to tell EVERYONE! :clap2:

 

Some of you may remember an earlier post I did. As a follow on from that original post I have to tell all that I have now been a non smoker for 1 month :victory:

 

It's been pretty tough the past couple of weeks but I have resisted.

Worst times were when fishing and down the pub but, touch wood, I've managed to resist on both counts. I'm still getting the cravings from time to time but have been told these will eventually disappear. I hope so. :schmoll:

 

Just had to share my good news with everyone. :yahoo:

Well done Gaz, better man then me. I tried Zyban for 4 weeks, never help me one bit. I'v got the urge to stop but no will power to do it.

 

Never mind...maybe i'll try again oneday.

It will only get easier :clap:

I've been stopped nearly two years now :) and it still gets you wishing for one now and again,First thing i noticed was the horrific smell when you are out for a pint etc :yucky: just think thats what non smokers thought of you :unsure:

 

Keep it up its hard but worth it :thumbs:
