Remember last winter when we were freezing our ‘nads off bankside and looking forward to balmy summer evenings float fishing for tench?….well;

 

It’s too bloody hot to go fishing!

Well as Rusty was a bit fwhiterned of the scary Thunder claps I went on my own for a recce taking just the float rod bait apron and landing net for company. Bits of the kennet I last fished as a RDAA

42 C was the exact temperature when we fished the Ord River - is that where your barra came from ?

 

Gets pretty warm fishing the coral flats in Belize also

My thoughts exactly chris. Although it's not so much the heat but more the sunshine that's just too much for me....for some reason I just can't stand to be out in it this year. I've been that busy though I just haven't had the time to get out on the bank. In all honesty I think i've lost some interest also.
