Not sure what the beef is here, but can you guys come back in the morning and see if there's a different perspective on the whole thing?

Hate to see people falling out, especially as this forum has been so good lately.

Newt you have edited out all the posts of some one who stero typed the people of Liverpool you have even removed his name from my posts.

I agree that his actions tried to ruin this thread, but to leave my replies to him and yet edit out his name from my replies does not make sense why not edit the whole of mine and others replies to him.

You have done the same on this thread http://www.anglersnet.co.uk/ubb/ultimatebb...ic;f=2;t=003387 so it looks like I'm having a go at Kirbyjohn when in fact I was supporting his view, because you have edited out of my post the persons name and removed his postings.

Shame on you, your going to have to improve with age Posted Image

I skipped some of this thread, but seems to me

it's all very much like Geroge Orwells "1984".

If our elected MP's ( yeah like we have a huge choice )set their minds to somthing "in the public intrest" ( wow what an excuse ) we'll see all manner of restrictions.

Sorry to throw in some politics but GO's "Animal Farm" also rings a few bells.

Newt you have edited out all the posts of some one who stero typed the people of Liverpool you have even removed his name from my posts.

I spent about 2 hours last evening removing posts at the poster's request and trying to remove traces of his user name.

Quite honestly,

- I'd rather have been doing other things

- I did not feel like spending more time removing other posts in their entirety where his name was used since that would have required reading thru all the verbage and that would have been even more tiring than just deleting what I did.

You should feel very free to remove contents from any of your posts that you feel were adversly affected by the selective deletions in this thread and in the other one or two where the pair of you were starting to make nasty with each other in public.

Feel free to blast me for the deletions or anything else but please do it via PM or email. Feel free to tell Elton you think I am a horrible mod and should be removed but again, email or PM if you would.
