@winter@ - So called "freedom of speech" on the .net was defined after a case known as Godfrey v Demon where Demon got stung for being the "publisher" of information deemed to be liabelious - That's what happened to freedom speech.

Winter, freedom of speech is a myth, it does not exist. As has been pointed out, Elton is ultimately responsible for all posts on these forums, and we are responsible for keeping him out of court. You may not like it, but that is the way public forums work.
