Got it its a Brazilian cut pubic runway hair straightener

 

No wait you run it up and down your brazilian cut 99 times the biuzzer buzzes and its charged ,when a mustachiod male suiter dines in the downstairs diner he gets the shock of his life

You're probably close. Most moisture meters, as I remember through Google Images, had prongs and rods to bury into the grain or whatever.

 

What was planned at a lovely weekend went to he!! in a hand basket. I got "culture" (see my last post), Sat evening and all day today, Sunday with my lovely bride and her cultured pals.
