You two do seem to be enjoying this. So glad that MKF managed to arrange such a funny show for you. How did you get on facing your workmates today?

The problem was that they didn't arrange the show just for anglers Den, they did it for a couple of million TV viewers as well.

 

Some people will take it seriously though, and show proper respect.

No wonder it died if they kept on keeping it out of the water for such long periods, I mean how many bloody pic's did they want !

To be honest, anyone who watched it (with the exception of a few oversensitive angling types) would have forgotten all about it 30 seconds after it ended.

It's probably the case that if a program was made about some of the conversations and earnest discussions that take place on here from time to time it could be made to look just as stupid and laughable.

Personally (and I suspect along with the vast majority) I don't see myself as a carp/specialist/river/lake/match/superior angler. I just go fishing, and I am quite happy to let others do the same, however / whereveer they want to do it.

With those sort of remarks Chris Logsdon and Mike Heylin come over just as pathetic as the PETA people! (Mind you some of us have known that for years!)

 

Like we keep saying its people like this that will see off angling not PETA! I just wish they would keep their gobs shut on things like this .Should be laughing about PETA's intellectual shortcomings rather than getting stressed over our willy sizes! FFS
