chesters1 1587
It used to be brussels but now it seems merkle runs it because every time the EU is mentioned her name crops up! I no longer trust cameron to renegotiate even our border control never mind anything else so its "out" before we become even more of a minor german slave state As for commercial ups and downs if britain isnt so great why is half the world buying chunks of it? Ken L 989
100% out! I'm all for being good neighbours. I'm all for free trade. I'm all for movement of workers with minimal red tape. I'm all for international cooperation in police and criminal justice agencies. I'm not for loss of soverinty. I'm not for restriction of trade with non-EU countries. I'm not for the cultural homogenisation of Europe. I'm not for making the UK a prime destination for a continents worth of feckless benefit seekers and health tourists. I'm not for bailing out countries that can't and never could manage their finances and were fudged into a single curency for political reasons. I'm not for decisions made by unelected beurocrates that ecected MEPs get to vote on several times until they make the "correct choice". Ken L 989
Barry, you're not kidding anyone. Dales 216
I have always been Pro Europe and despite not liking a lot of the silly rules and regulations that comes with membership I always thought that the general idea of membership is a good thing. However, I have changed my mind some what. The one thing that has changed it for me is immigration. In my mind the point of membership of anything is for the benefit of the members. I fail to see how the mass migration to Europe from other parts of the world at the moment is for the benefit of the people of Europe. If the EU can not control or will not control its borders then it's failed to put its own citizens first. In theory it should be easier for the UK to protect its borders if we came out. If as is likely millions continue to head to Europe and news stories about migrants such as was aledged to have happened on New Years Eve in many European cities continue to come out, then I think the only issue that will matter for many is immigration. Even the most liberal of people must have some concerns. It might be hard to sell the idea that mass immigration is a good thing to those struggling to find work, a place to life or get access to health and social care. I think the EU as it stands has a lot of problems building up and the UK may not be the only country considering its future membership if mass immigration continues. 4 Stephen Species Caught 2014 Zander, Pike, Bream, Roach, Tench, Perch, Rudd, Common Carp, Mirror Carp, Eel, Grayling, Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout Species Caught 2013 Pike, Zander, Bream, Roach, Eel, Tench, Rudd, Perch, Common Carp, Koi Carp, Brown Goldfish, Grayling, Brown Trout, Chub, Roosterfish, Dorado, Black Grouper, Barracuda, Mangrove Snapper, Mutton Snapper, Jack Crevalle, Tarpon, Red Snapper Species Caught 2012Zander, Pike, Perch, Chub, Ruff, Gudgeon, Dace, Minnow, Wels Catfish, Common Carp, Mirror Carp, Ghost Carp, Roach, Bream, Eel, Rudd, Tench, Arapaima, Mekong Catfish, Sawai Catfish, Marbled Tiger Catfish, Amazon Redtail Catfish, Thai Redtail Catfish, Batrachian Walking Catfish, Siamese Carp, Rohu, Julliens Golden Prize Carp, Giant Gourami, Java Barb, Red Tailed Tin Foil Barb, Nile Tilapia, Black Pacu, Red Bellied Pacu, Alligator GarSpecies Caught 2011Zander, Tench, Bream, Chub, Barbel, Roach, Rudd, Grayling, Brown Trout, Salmon Parr, Minnow, Pike, Eel, Common Carp, Mirror Carp, Ghost Carp, Koi Carp, Crucian Carp, F1 Carp, Blue Orfe, Ide, Goldfish, Brown Goldfish, Comet Goldfish, Golden Tench, Golden Rudd, Perch, Gudgeon, Ruff, Bleak, Dace, Sergeant Major, French Grunt, Yellow Tail Snapper, Tom Tate Grunt, Clown Wrasse, Slippery Dick Wrasse, Doctor Fish, Graysby, Dusky Squirrel Fish, Longspine Squirrel Fish, Stripped Croaker, Leather Jack, Emerald Parrot Fish, Red Tail Parrot Fish, White Grunt, Bone FishSpecies Caught 2010Zander, Pike, Perch, Eel, Tench, Bream, Roach, Rudd, Mirror Carp, Common Carp, Crucian Carp, Siamese Carp, Asian Redtail Catfish, Sawai Catfish, Rohu, Amazon Redtail Catfish, Pacu, Long Tom, Moon Wrasse, Sergeant Major, Green Damsel, Tomtate Grunt, Sea Chub, Yellowtail Surgeon, Black Damsel, Blue Dot Grouper, Checkered Sea Perch, Java Rabbitfish, One Spot Snapper, Snubnose RudderfishSpecies Caught 2009Barramundi, Spotted Sorubim Catfish, Wallago Leeri Catfish, Wallago Attu Catfish, Amazon Redtail Catfish, Mrigul, Siamese Carp, Java Barb, Tarpon, Wahoo, Barracuda, Skipjack Tuna, Bonito, Yellow Eye Rockfish, Red Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Black Fin Snapper, Dog Snapper, Yellow Tail Snapper, Marble Grouper, Black Fin Tuna, Spanish Mackerel, Mutton Snapper, Redhind Grouper, Saddle Grouper, Schoolmaster, Coral Trout, Bar Jack, Pike, Zander, Perch, Tench, Bream, Roach, Rudd, Common Carp, Golden Tench, Wels CatfishSpecies Caught 2008Dorado, Wahoo, Barracuda, Bonito, Black Fin Tuna, Long Tom, Sergeant Major, Red Snapper, Black Damsel, Queen Trigga Fish, Red Grouper, Redhind Grouper, Rainbow Wrasse, Grey Trigger Fish, Ehrenbergs Snapper, Malabar Grouper, Lunar Fusiler, Two Tone Wrasse, Starry Dragonet, Convict Surgeonfish, Moonbeam Dwarf Angelfish,Bridled Monocle Bream, Redlined Triggerfish, Cero Mackeral, Rainbow RunnerSpecies Caught 2007Arapaima, Alligator Gar, Mekong Catfish, Spotted Sorubim Catfish, Pacu, Siamese Carp, Barracuda, Black Fin Tuna, Queen Trigger Fish, Red Snapper, Yellow Tail Snapper, Honeycomb Grouper, Red Grouper, Schoolmaster, Cubera Snapper, Black Grouper, Albacore, Ballyhoo, Coney, Yellowfin Goatfish, Lattice Spinecheek
Steve Walker 941
Cameron will come back waving a piece of paper and claiming to have won a great victory. The EU is not going to "reform", it doesn't want to, why should it? Vote for or against based on what it is now, is my advice, it's only going to get more like that.

I agree Steve, it is unlikely to reform to any noticeable extent, but I'll still bide my time, because it's likely I have at least 5 months before voting. John.
