Theres nothing to stop us ,agreements we dont want can be torn up as easily as tissue paper .

If its 'legally binding' whos legal? The european courts? ignore them what are they going to do? kick us out the EU!

As a sovereign state WE choose what we want to do ,we have our own legal system and our own high courts we can do as we damn well please ,just not let it effect the price of sprouts

The judge said it was difficult to see how the court could overlook the fact that the UK Parliament had retained the ability to legislate for Northern Ireland without any special procedure.

He said this power of the Prime Minister's was not one in which the court could intervene: "Any suggestion that a legitimate expectation can overwhelm the structure of the legislative scheme is not viable."

The judge said: "It is difficult to avoid the conclusion that a decision... following a national referendum is anything other than high policy.

"Accordingly it seems to fit well into the area of prerogative powers which are unsuitable for judicial review."

Unions have nothing to do with production ,if they did why are the mines ,steel and shipyards gone ?

As soon as unions start throwing their weight around things go bad for the employee ,union leaders dont give a crap for their members or anyone else its getting their bit of power they want ,in their shallow needy lives its all they have and they will sacrifice anyone to get it ,third rate politician's without the brains although in nissans case they are keeping a low profile once they start their interfering and striking for no reason you can kiss nissan goodbye and rightly so

 

And jaguar WILL get what nissan has its how things work to fiddle the unemployment stats but eventually the bribes will be several times larger than just paying the dole and they will cease as they have bribing tata etc companies are not our 'friends' they are in business to get as much profit as they can ,if they cannot exploit workers or make up the difference through government 'incentives' they will go to somewhere they can brexit or no brexit

Some are so desperate to up the figure of four million they are including all in the count. I'm in there somewhere and all I did was to view the page. It's a fix mate.

 

Did you ask any of your europeon chums how they view the intransigent euro dollar. that's fixed as well. It's the reason why most europeon countries economies are in the duldrums and their unemployment is so high. The euro needs flexibility so it can work for the people who the e u management control.
