I don't think the vote would be whether to leave or not, that's a done deal. The vote would be on how, when and under what circumstances article 50 should be triggered rather than on the whim of a Prime Minister.

Isn;

Isn't it ironic how all of these people were so keen on leaving because they wanted the UK Parliament to have absolute authority in UK decision making, but are quite happy to forgo that if it doesn't suit them.

I am sure that you will leave - eventually. What the deal will be remains to be seen. Don't hold your breath over immigration controls though. Still, it was never about that - was it?

Beautiful irony.

The problem isn't what people don't know, it's what they know that just ain't so.

You'll be really happy then Cory considering you were whining about why no one pulling the trigger on article 50 quickly well now its going to drag on even longer with all the ensuing fun that will create.

I'm neither happy or sad matey, I just think it's hilarious. Typical UK government, no matter what colour of rosette they are sporting. A effing shambles. They could not run works menage.

No she can't Barry. Prime Ministers can't just dissolve Parliament on a whim any more. They have not been able to to that since the passing of the The Fixed-term Parliaments Act 2011. The last general election was in 7 May 2015 the next one s not due until the first Thursday in May 2020.

are you telling me that her mp's would vote to keep her in power with a small majority, even if she intimates she wants an election knowing that she would romp it. Na that's cobblers.

Under the Fixed Term Parliament Act brought in by the Tory-Liberal Democrat coalition, the slated May 2020 general election could be brought forward only if two thirds of MPs vote for it or the Government loses a vote of no confidence and other parties cannot form an alternative administration within 14 days of such a move.

Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

There is no "mandate", under our constitution referendums are not legally binding, parliament is sovereign.

mp's voted 6-1 to hold a referendum. That's a pretty powerful mandate.

even the reds opinion...................But Labour MP Lisa Nandy told the programme: "Britain is leaving the EU and whether or not Parliament has to vote to trigger Article 50, this will happen because, in reality, there are no more than a handful of parliamentarians who would seek to block that decision."

It depends if the whips were involved and many will vote against merely because they can.

A corbyn sturgeon pact could cause trouble ,in sturgeons case the majority decided to remain and in corbyns case its labour vs tories and the old hate ,he will instruct his members to do anything to bugger up the tories and if the whips are involved most probably will ,in a free vote its really touch and go!

As for mps voting against their voters wishes if its idiots like ken clarke the mp "knows best" and bugger the voter ,he knows the thickos will vote him in next time if vaz can survive anyone can even convicts like mandleson seem to live a charmed life up in the ruling elite so he will

Perhaps in the back ground a vote in parliament was the backup plan if the plebs actually voted out ,may would simply say i tried and its all back to the dictators in the EU to run the place ,why would she care?

An NHS worker provoked fury last night after she wished illnesses on the children of Brexiteers live on BBC One's Question Time show.

I dont rate the program as factual but all the questions pre set and the audience actors ,if i were there i would now be in prison as i prefer actions to words and a brick in the face of the scum that 'rule' would be far better than cheap words ,if someone doesnt do as i wish surely they should be punished not rewarded by tv fees for turning up.

Pain is what makes people obey not telling them on tv

And if i hear "lessons will be learned" by some piece of **** hospital official once morei will scream ,how about a long prison term that will make them frickin learn! Why is failure rewarded?
