Whats it to do with you ? Did you find a headline saying "really nice englishman is liked by all scots folk "?

If scots people didnt like you its YOU not england they dont like ,i have had no problem with anyone anywhere

I think your mistaking " dont like" with refusing to agree with your opinion ,if they really didnt like you confined on a oil platform you would have "accidentally" fallen overboard one dark night surely ! You're basing YOUR opinion on a tiny minority

I havnt had any bother and sound (i am told) have a london accent (whatever that is) so could be disliked just for that but sorry i have had no problems so doesnt it mean YOUR the problem?

So it was spud picking then thought so ,? You see Chester’s really you haven’t a clue,For me to see what I saw shocked me , the 1990 world  Cup Scotland were playing I went into the cinema to cheer them on they lost ,Two days later England played Cameron and the Scott’s were cheering for Cameron on loads and loads of them , that Was the  moment I realised how much bad feeling there was against the English .As you say you  worked in Edinburgh which i very much doubt because if you actually did it must have somewhere very very sheltered from the  real world .

COD,

"What's it to do with you" in proper grammar is a rhetorical answer. Since it was offered thrice my interpretation would be "none of you're business"

I could be wrong

Its not bad feeling its historical ,same as when we say bloody frogs or dirty dagos ,i suspect (not having met all of them just as you havnt met all the scots) there no animocity at all in reality only coming up when it effects an individual personally.

As i said the problem is YOU ,your manner and your lack of intellect to see behind a statement .

Nope not spuds thats half my ancestors job i suspect the other half provided the fish , keep guessing the palladium bit is true the rest for you to find, google is your friend

PS if you think my name was chesters1 may lead you along the wrong path ,but my address and name are out there if you look ,no dark alleys for you mostly because being in the sticks everywhere is dark!
