times are a hard, got this begging email today, should I class it as spam or should I feel sorry for them and cough up.

It's not really the done thing to talk bluntly about money, Barry, but needs must.

Every day at the moment, Labour supporters like you are donating £12,000 online in small amounts to help us beat the Tories. (And fun facts: 78 people called Barry have already chipped in, as have 49 of your neighbours in Rochester and Strood.)

It would be hugely helpful if you were among our group of donors before the official campaign kicks off next week this is our last push to make sure we go into the election in as strong a position as possible.

So, Barry from Rochester and Strood: how about it? We know it's still a while till pay day, but even £3 would help us. It takes less than two minutes to do, so go on grab your card from your wallet right now:

I'll donate £3

I'll donate £10

I'll donate £20

I'll donate another amount

Thank you in advance for joining our wonderful group of campaign donors. We can't win this election without you.

Cheers,

Iain

P.S. And if you're already helping the campaign in other ways, thank you of course for that too!

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

Dear Barry from Rochester and Strood

Receiving a missive like that from any party would be enough to dissuade me from giving them my vote.

Yours faithfully

Dear Iain,

If elections were won on barefaced cheek, you lot would be in with a good shout.

You fail to tell anyone why you have this apparent obsession with "beating the Tories" and why the British public would be better served by Milliband and Balls controlling our lives and finances.

I would have to think twice before even donating something I'd wiped my a**e on to help your pathetic cause; you really need to concentrate on what's best for the country and it's people before worrying about how you are next going to "dis" the incumbent government.

The Conservative coalition aren't the best I've ever seen, but you lot are proving to be a p**s poor alternative.

I would respectively decline the option to give you money.

yet another begging letter, do they think some are an easy touch or something:

Barry —

A couple of hours ago, David Cameron handed his notice in to the Queen.

Now it's up to us to put him out of a job.

Britain faces a choice between many things on 7 May, but one of them is this:

Do you want to wake up on Friday 8 May halfway through a Tory decade — with David Cameron as prime minister for another five years?

If the answer to that question is no, and you're planning on doing whatever you can to stop it happening, we need you to help fund our fight to beat the Tories.

Anything you can chip in now will have a far bigger impact than a donation nearer election day. Last week, we received 7,327 small donations online from supporters like you. What can you give now?

Even £3 is helpful, and it takes just two minutes:

I'll donate £3

I'll donate £10

I'll donate £20

I'll donate another amount

Thank you for all your support.

Next time Cameron goes to the palace, let's make sure he's going there to hand in his resignation, once and for all.

Best,

Lucy Powell
