The Pearl White was the worst, you could smell it out in the middle of the Loch.. I'm glad there was a breeze blowing through under the hulls when we painted under there or we would never have come back out ;)

It is incredible what a lick of paint does. The boat looks almost new.

I expect that there will be a different class of person sailing out on the catchalot now!

(I liked her better when she had 'character'!)

Amazing transformation Davy, well done to all who have been involved.

Hi Davy

The old lady looks grand with a paint job.

I have had my own set of problems, Who in their right mind would want a boat?

Last Monday the starter went on my 18 month old big engine, no problem I thought, I will just come in on the auxillary. 3 miles later the auxiliary blew up, which had to be replaced.

2 days booking lost and over a £1000 gone. Anybody want to buy a boat?

even when its running ok problems persist.

3 weeks ago my mates turn to tow. got stuck in the sand at dunbar because he forgot to put it into 4 wheel drive.

sunday, he's a jinx. launching for luce bay. some sod of a farmer's been on the beach cleaning a plough. we stopped to reverse it in and she sunk to the axles in a second.

2 hours before another farmer came to the rescue. we did get out eventually.

shore fishing is a LOT easier.

ps nice paint job davy, just need go faster stripes now :¬)
