A friend who has just returned from his regular holiday to Spain has told me that the big difference he noticed this year, was that during the evening the adults seemed to have all their children with them.

He said he has never seen so many prams and pushchairs etc., in the restaurants/cafes.

Perhaps something good may still come out of all of this.

The above is a short video clip of part of an interview with the Mccanns. Interesting, especially for people like me who take special notice of body language, during interviews.

i was interested in his comment that they had cooperated fully with the police, when he had actually refused to answer 40 questions in his last formal interview. :)

Is it not true that if you was being followed by a cop car for a few miles, what you don't want to do is reach and keep scratching your ear or head as the copper would think you are nervous about something. ;) thats what i always thought. :)

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

I have a question - I am going to post it and I am going to leave you to ponder it for a while.

I fully expect the pro-McCanns to come back and rubbish it, but it is so off beat and horrible to think of, it MUST be thought about:

If Kate and Gerry ARE charged - after all the WORLDWIDE publicity this case has had - where are they going to find a trial jury?

HV, what makes you think I want this thread closed? If you want to show yourself as a nasty, bullying, self important prat, why should I care? Like I said, I don't know you, but I feel I'm getting a better picture.

Keep going, you are doing a much better job of discrediting some of the ludicrous statements in this thread than I ever could.

To get back on thread I'll remind you that all I have said about the McCann case is that since none of us (including those with an apparent sixth sense about such things) have any information or evidence about what happened to the unfortunate girl, we should say nothing. That does not seem a particularly extreme point of view to me.

Colin, I have refrained from speculating on this case, other than saying that I have a 'gut feeling' that something, just didn't 'sit easy' with me from the first time I heard about it.

The one thing that does bother me is the media exposure that the parents have encouraged.

This may be to keep the child's image in the public eye, and hope to ensure her release, but to my mind it would have the opposite effect, and seal the child's fate at the hands of any abductor, leaving the person nowhere to go.

Such a large publicity campaign is bound to cause speculation among the public, and some of that is going to be negative.

They put the whole case to the world, and are now reaping the results of that publicity.

I have my own thoughts on the case, some of which I don't want to believe as possible, I think that is the situation most people are in.

John.

Angling is more than just catching fish, if it wasn't it would just be called 'catching'......... John

they wont need to look for a jury.....there isnt one.

they would come to trial in portugal, which has normally a panel of judges which sit to consider the case.

in my opinion a much better system,as they have heard it all before, and are not confused by sometimes, complicated evidence issues.
