And inflationIn Britain is about to hit 14-15% !!! 😂 seriously Ken give up mate brexshit British is on its arse .

Bottom of the league inflation going off the scale you personally have helped Great Britain flounder how proud you losers must be .

And here in Spain  we laugh at the dummy’s is U.K. beer is €1.50 a beer **** isn’t it here in  spain . The ex-patts  laughing there cock off at you dummy’s back in the U.K.

You are are a total embarrassment living in your own brexshit  world .And your next great next brexshit leader is !  :bigemo_harabe_net-163:

Once again, you are trying to compare projections with current facts.

The fact is that the current UK inflation rate is 9.4%, while Spain's current inflation rate is 10.8%.

That level of inflation is set to put a real damper on what was predicted to be a record year for the Spanish tourist industry - especially with the end of cheap flights for independent travellers from providers like Ryanair and of course the disruption caused by strikes.

If you want to look at projections, Spain is very exposed, as its primary energy supply is gas from Russia and Algeria, and both have cut supplies in recent months. Unfortunately, the pain for Spain has barely started, and the socialist government has no solutions. With VOX poised to take advantage of the situation, things could get very ugly, very fast.

As or beer, I'll stick to my cider. It's gone up like everything else, but it currently costs me about 67p a litre.

As for ex-pats laughing. It seems that they have a break for now, but truss could easily pull the plug on their pension rises as we are no longer part of the EU.

So you’re forgetting our real inflation figure which is over 12% that includes mortgages etc , they like to fiddle the figures Ken when it suits .

So in brexitland 10 years ago we were-on par with the Germany’s standard of living ,today In Brexit Britain we are  around 15% poorer than the average German and some 30% poorer than the average American. That’s brexit Britain today .

Sky news here we go , sad well what can you say a race to bottom for brexit Britain.

The findings go on to say leaving the EU has pushed up the cost of living, seen investment fall and the UK lose market share in key areascan

Brexit has damaged Britain's competitiveness, will reduce productivity and leave the average worker poorer than they otherwise would have been, according to a new study.

The Resolution Foundation said leaving the EU has reduced how open and competitive Britain's economy is.

And it goes further to say it has also led to an increase in cost of living and the level of business investment falling.

The report, in collaboration with the London School of Economics, said this was all as a result of a "depreciation-driven inflation spike" following Brexit.

Once again, your link doesn't support any of your claims, and you have not provided any supporting evidence that does.

If you want to know the effects of Brexit, why are you looking at a 10 year spread of data (for which you have provided no evidence) when we only left the EU 18 months ago?

Your link claims a 30% reduction is seafood exports due to Brexit, but official figures show virtually no change at all between 2020 (Pre-Brexit) and 2021 (post-Bexit), although both are clearly impacted by Covid.

One random caller to a radio station talking about an unnamed company is not "data".

I do wonder, though, why you expect me, and other taxpayers like me, to foot the bill for keeping this guy's £20 million business afloat?

I also wonder where he's going to get his crabs and langoustines from once he cuts himself off from his UK suppliers...

What's funny is that although there are two industry rags that mirror the story, both simply report on the radio show and neither names the caller nor the company.

Call me a cynic, but I suspect that industry newspapers would know who this is if it were true.

“Data” for you Ken.

17 major new factories are opening here in the UK!

These successful companies include Aston Martin, Moog, Britishvolt, Siemens, Johnson Matthey, Ciner, Forterra, Knauf, Envision AESC, Ball, Crown, Swizzels, Pensana, SeAH, Stannah, ITM Power and Rolls-Royce are just some of the manufacturers building new factories in the UK. This is a fantastic start.

A further boost to such manufacturing plans and productive activity in post Brexit Britain is set to be initiated by transforming the UK economy through lighter touch regulation: unleashing more enterprise by removing reams for former EU red tape bureaucracy - thereby removing the very impositions which stifles commercial activity and deter and limit business investment.
