NHS TO BE NO MORE

the whole money system is a con ,when shares get very high the rich flog them then cause a crash so they can buy them back for a pittance ,watch the stock exchange when its gets to 6000 the shares are pretty high then there will be a slump but gradually climb back again ,theres mutterings when the share price is low but its quiet when their high enough to sell.

big companies will buy small companies grabbing their shares, its all artificial all run by whispers.recessions are just the rich getting ritcher off the back of the poor who get poorer ,been going on since we had money or goods to make profits on.

browne and all his cronies most probably made a pretty penny when the crash came ,it would be interesting to see their bank accounts we know how much they officially have been paid ;)

Dear B_C, :)

Well BC, it, the so-called NHS revamp, goes something like this, in my opinion at least? <_<

Currently the old National Health Service is getting 'baddish' press, in fact it's always getting, some would say justfiably, 'baddish' press. But, it all depends on how you, I and the rest of the population perceive the creeds of 'socialism' & Gordon Brown's favourite, 're-distribution'. What the Coalition is attempting to do [it's a hopeless task, they'll never do it!] is to get the NHS, Royal Mail, I include BA, local government the rest of Labour's client state to operate using the manning levels & standards of efficiency[?] which would apply if those so named were operating within the private sector. <_<

You see, whats crippling the NHS is the size & resultant £cost of its labour force. The NHS, at + or - 1,300,000 bodies, is the 4th 'biggest' employer in the WORLD, not the UK, not Europe, THE WORLD! Now, in consideration of this fact such as you & I have to make our minds up in terms of what we want the NHS to be. Do we want the NHS to be lean, well run, efficient & 'fit for purpose' [what an awful term that is?] or do we want it to continue as it is now; inefficient, unaffordable, grossly overstaffed, badly managed & forever cutting back on every damn thing except the number of managers employed, the cost of those managers, the cost of staff sicky days and all the rest? :)

As a bloke said in The Times some time ago, "The NHS is just a jobs agency that does a bit of health care on the side", I couldn't have put it better myself. Providing non-jobs is fine [but ONLY if you've got one of those non-jobs mind you!] but you're not going to get both (i.e.) Jobs for the boys & girls AND an efficient health service, free at point of delivery. Not one chance in hell mate, there's no longer enough of the old folding green. <_<

Regards sincere,

Hello Gang, :)

I've just spent over 30 minutes reading the 'NHS' threads, there's some good stuff in there, I only have this to say in response. Some of you have got it right, some of you have got it half right & a lot of you don't know what in the hell you're talking about!! But there's one thing you all have in common, I'm being serious here, you're all bloody comedians, Morecambe & Wise doesn't have a look in. :)

In my humble opinion there's only one bloke who's got it right (naturally!) and thats the member known as Heritulus. <_<

Good night to you all.

Hertilus. :P

I do love the web for things like that. It's like having all the worlds' libraries at your finger tips. Sure, there is a lot of crap on the web but there's lots of good stuff too.
