Oh well, and people say an ID will make it harder for people, ha ha ha ha.

Never mind, Great Britain has and endless pot of gold for thieves, vagabonds, murder's . rapists, and just pure greedy people who come here to rape the benefits system to send back to their families, wherever they come from.

I read about a nice foriegn lady a week or so ago, she stole hundreds of thousands of pounds from this country, she had a number of false NI numbers and TWO imaginary families, and she had luxury homes in the country whence she came from. And where is she now, yes in one of our JAILS, and yes we are still keeping the thieving bitch.

Simple, check EVERY ID and passport onboard any ship docked in our ports. That way they dont get to step on this green and pleasant land.

You don't have to do any of that. Control access to healthcare, housing, benefits etc properly and they might come but they won't stay - unless they are prepared to contribute to our society.

We don't even track movements in and out of the country and as a result, we are loosing millions (probably billions) in benefits that are being paid to people who no longer live in Britain - Not only CC's Brits in Spain but Indians and Pakistani's living the good life at the expense of the British tax payer.

So you want the immigration department to board every ferry coming from the eu to clear everyone on board before the ship enters port. Is that what you are saying? It wouldn't work. It would take far too long.

The problem isn't what people don't know, it's what they know that just ain't so.

possibly in the case of the south coast the isle of white may need some extra employment ,transfer everyone off board into a secure area (secure mind not just a hut with a bit of barbed wire at knee level) do all the checks then those that clear go onward to the port they would have had and the failures get put back on board the ship going back for them to worry about after all if they were checked properly on departure in france then there would be no problem.

as for waiting tough its people choice to come here we dont force them

as for lorries its especially simple build an airtight center and put a shipload of lorries in and pump all the air out for ten minutes ,call it pest extermination .the problem comes when the naughty people provide their own air but we'll get round that hurdle i'm sure

for anything from ireland use the isle of man and for the north sea a landing at sheppey should frighten anyone but the most stalwart

anyone landing further up and i'm sure a offshore oil rig will do if were that short of the stuff.

plenty of jobs but needing plenty of money and a finger up to the do-gooders that make life hard for enterprise :D still if you charge the transporter 50 grand for every person that gets caught after that there shoul;d be money to spare

what the isle of white doesn't need jobs ,i think if its off chumps its yours

it needs grasping by the horns or its all pointless ,i'm sure proper questioning will be far cheaper than a poxy ID card ,i know it will be going by the governments records with IT

we had no problem shipping the unwanted into secure locations in the war and i'm sure were up to it now

is it the air removal ,ok lets use giftgas instead

Quote from the link

"Labour ex-ministers were also once accused of offering access to leaders, but Mr Watson said: "I'm not saying that everyone is blameless in this. We do need reform of political funding."

The Tories have rich successful supporters.

Labour have the Unions.

What is the difference?

Oh, and I don't know where the "greed, pure greed" bit comes from as he was asking for party donations not asking for money for himself. or didn't you bother to read that bit?

You remember about party donations. Now how much was that peerage again

Mr cameron caught with his pants down again elephant skin and whats his excuse this time sleazy party in full blown glory .

Oh come off it.

How much did it cost Bernie Ecclestone to bribe the labour party to allow tobacco advertising in F1? A million wasn't it?

Remember Tessa Jowell and her husband. A 600,00 pound "gift" to pay off a 400,000 pound mortgage that her husband took out that she didn't know about

Let's also remember the 350,000 mortgage that was given to Peter Mandellson, that he neglected to mention, you remember the first of 3 times he had to resign.

The Tories could learn a thing or two when it comes to sleaze wouldn't you say? :P

Let's agree to respect each others views, no matter how wrong yours may be.
