Big Cod,

Except is sometimes confused with accept. If you mean "except" as you have twice posted then I don't have a clue what you're on about. "Except" is  when one action depends on another action, or to show a variation in action.

Should you mean except I haven't the foggiest idea. I shall return you to Chesters1 with the following comment. First, there is no such thing as a "remainer" any longer. BREXIT IS DONE I suspect there are a few hard core lumps that could be called "returners". Second, your Prime Minister isn't throwing a single penny at brexit.  BREXIT IS DONE.   To Say, cash saved by the UK returning to a self governed state by virtue of leaving the EU will not be spent as promised at best is a misstatement and at worst a bold lie. Budget numbers are going to come VERY slowly and I'm afraid you should get prepared to live with it. because BREXIT IS DONE

I believe I clearly covered what was promised regardless of any media or personal conjectures. I have posted the link a second time in case you missed it.  The link covers 100% and was approved by the Queen.  I know you won't want to call the Queen a liar.

Promises promises promises phone promises which don’t turn out to  be real lies more like is the proper word ,savings with brexit there won’t be any spare money the moneys already in place to soften  the impact of brexit  , blows that theory away boris Johnson writes it the queen says it it doesn’t have to be true you do know that surly.

Boris Johnson is talking about a bridge across from Scotland to Ireland he couldn’t  even get  one built across the Thames .the cost anywhere from £20 billion  to £100 billion . This bridge which would be constructed in some of the wildest weather conditions these islands entail it’s a dream  a fantasy the cost would be colossal and all in the name of brexit which wouldn’t  have to be built if we were still a member of European Union goodbye any spare  cash for  the NHS  from any savings from brexit .

If anybody in government makes predictions  or promises they are fully accountable for there actions brexit is no exception and will be fully scrutinised.

BIG Cod,

I'm tempted to agree with Huge.  The Independent article is a series of  statistical manipulations. I'm sure you are impressed for it is loaded with doom.

Should you be interested in the facts I have included the proper URL

BREXIT IS DONE and you  are still bitching about BREXIT. Eventually, you should recognize that and consider living in the present

Phone, you have got the wrong end of the stick, having said that your reply is correct to the other parts.

My reply above was concerning his last post, it somehow, obviously exclusively known only unto him, references an old joke regarding Irish homosexuality again proving his bigotry.

He referenced an article alleging that Boris Johnson’s father had been paid out by a system that was available to every householder in the effected area, presumably in his tiny mind that ‘proves’ that the decision to allow HS2 was solely or ultimately influenced by said payment or to get said payment for his Father, despite the fact that said payment was made or offered years before he became Prime Minister let alone giving the go ahead.

As said, In actual fact the decision to allow HS2 was taken years AFTER that payment was authorised, if it ever was made.

Somehow that means to him that Boris only made the decision to approve HS2 so his Father could make money.

Neither you, me or any other person can contradict the thoughts of a bigoted or biased mind.

And yes, I can predict his reply.

"My imaginary friend doesn't like your imaginary friend is no basis for armed conflict...."

HUGH,

I am retired, and a vociferous reader and researcher of non-fiction. I cannot fathom Big Cod being serious as his material gets more and more bizarre.  I understood perfectly from whence you come.  I read the article - you know - the one from 2016 about events in the past.

You reckon he is just pulling our chain or seriously demented

Fiction phone fiction facts phone facts facts brexit is fiction or sorry correction it’s full impact is still fiction because it hasn’t fully  happened yet we have another 8 months to go till for brexit to hit home properly and then the **** really hits the fan so if you voted brexit take a deep breath sit back and enjoy get a large box of Kleenex to hand the let downs will be coming thick and fast fishing will be top of the pops what a politician says and what a politician does are two completely different things  hence the transition period it’s all to come .
