These bozos are proposed by elected EU parliaments and are then elected by the bozos we elect as MEPs. Tell me Ken , once we have voted for a PM how would we get rid of him before his term is up? As far as I am aware there are many countries where the President is immune from prosecution when he is in office, but can be prosecuted the moment his term is up. Jacques Chirac for example. EU Commissioners don't make laws, they propose them. The European Parliament who are elected by we the people make the laws. If you don't like what comes out of Europe why don't you go along to your MEP's surgery and talk to her rather than whinge about it on an internet forum?

My local MEP is James Carver.

You know, I think we might already be on the same wavelength.

Hmm the blue bit doesnt work so how come i found it?

Not got any faith in UKIP if they wanted out why are they not supplying wikileaks with all the proof of the corruption and all the while undermining it at every opertunity ,seems they are happy to take the pound of flesh and say "its not me i,m forced to go to the big dinners and line my pockets etc

All the rest just tuck their snouts in the trough and have no excuses to stop filling their bellies as its sanctioned by fools electing them to do it

Has truth become completely redundant in politics these days?

We have Trump in the USA telling the most outrageous and obvious lies and people lap it up. He said himself that he could gun someone down in the street and it wouldn't matter (and he's probably right)

In the UK we have BOTH sides of the referendum telling obvious and outrageous lies. Everybody (should) know that they are lies but it doesn't seem to make any difference.

I know that Politicians have always been economical with the truth but at least they used to try and hide the fact. Now they are just blatant and the great unwashed just chooses which lies appeal to them the most.

As has been said many times. The fact that someone wants to be a politician should result in a lifetime ban of them ever becoming one.

Let's agree to respect each others views, no matter how wrong yours may be.

It's worse than usual because this is a one off Dave, if we stay in, or leave, that's it, the deed is done. It's going to be a hell of a long time, if ever, before anyone can do anything about it, so what's to lose.

We've got closer to the American style of negative campaigns, in the run up to general elections, and both sides have gone way over the top with the referendum. I fear it's a sign of things to come, all bluster, with very little relevant content. Still it seems that's all some want to hear.

Angling is more than just catching fish, if it wasn't it would just be called 'catching'......... John

mines Daniel Hannon, very articulate and comes across throughout this campaign as factual precise and very clear on the benefit of telling the e u experimenters of social engineering using tax payers money, to sling their hook.

and he wishes to save the u k tax payer monies by asking that all the u k mep's are made redundant.

Free to choose apart from the ones where the trust poked their nose in. Common eel. tope. Bass and sea bream. All restricted.

New for 2016 TAT are the main instigators for the demise of the u k bass charter boat industry, where they went screaming off to parliament and for the first time assisting so called angling gurus set up bass take bans with the e u using rubbish exaggerated info collected by ices from anglers, they must be very proud.

Upgrade, the door has been closed with regards to anglers being linked to the e u superstate and the failed c f p. So TAT will no longer need to pay monies to the EAA anymore as that org is no longer relevant to the u k . Goodbye to the europeon anglers alliance and pathetic restrictions from the e u.

Angling is better than politics, ban politics from angling.

Consumer of bass. where is the evidence that the u k bass stock need angling trust protection. Why won't you work with your peers instead of castigating them. They have the answer.

Recipie's for mullet stew more than welcomed.

Angling sanitation trust and kent and sussex sea anglers org delete's and blocks rsa's alternative opinion on their face book site. Although they claim to rep all.

new for 2014. where is the evidence that the south coast bream stock need the angling trust? Your campaign has no evidence. Why won't you work with your peers, the inshore under tens? As opposed to alienating them? Angling trust failed big time re bait digging, even fish legal attempted to intervene and failed, all for what, nothing.

Looks like the sea angling reps have been coerced by the ifca's to compose sea angling strategy's that the ifca's at some stage will look at drafting into legislation to manage the rsa, because they like wasting tax payers money. That's without asking the rsa btw. You know who you are..

We've also got people who are perfectly capable of critical thinking suspending it when repeating the lies of the side they support (not talking about here, lots of it on Facebook).
